- All purchases are final : All orders are custom made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Custom Orders : Since all of our products are manufactured to customer specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
- Defective or Non-Conforming Products : In the event of a manufacturing error or the product does not conform to the required specifications, we will review the problem and provide an appropriate solution, which may include compensation or replacement at our discretion.
